Reading some news reporting about the Mentally retarded people in Indonesia, it's heart-wrenching. Especially for those with low economic background, below the poverty line. Then I'm wondering, for young children with such problem, do they have to have gloomy future? How is the possibility for them to succeed in their future? I mean to be independent on own self, even though perhaps not 100 %.
